CHERRYPOP ORDER POLICIES
Thank you for supporting Cherrypop! Please read our policies carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
- Ready stock orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are processed on working days only. Processing times do not include weekends and public holidays.
2. Preorder Policy
- Preorder items require additional waiting time.
- Estimated arrival is approximately 2–3 weeks after the preorder period closes.
- This timeline is an estimate and may be affected by supplier, manufacturing, or shipping delays beyond our control.
- Orders containing both ready stock and preorder items will only be shipped once all items are available, unless separate arrangements have been made.
- By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and agree to the stated waiting period.
3. Payment
- Full payment is required before orders are processed.
- Unpaid orders may be cancelled without prior notice.
4. Manual Payment
- Customers who select Manual Payment must send their Order Number and payment screenshot to our TikTok account @cherrypop.os within 1 hour after checkout.
- Orders that remain under Pending Payment status for more than 24 hours (1 day) without payment confirmation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
- Cherrypop reserves the right to release the reserved items back for sale once the order has been cancelled.
5. Shipping
- Shipping fees are calculated during checkout.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including name, address, email address, and contact number.
- Tracking details will be shared via the email address provided during checkout.
- Tracking details will only be shared through TikTok DM upon customer request.
- Once parcels have been handed over to the courier, Cherrypop is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping provider.
6. Address Changes
- Requests to change shipping addresses must be made before the order has been processed.
- Once an order has been packed or shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.
7. Concert Meet-Up Orders
- Customers selecting the Meet-Up option must collect their orders at the designated venue and time announced by Cherrypop.
- Failure to collect during the meet-up session may require additional shipping charges for redelivery.
8. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
- You received the wrong item; or
- The item arrived damaged due to our error.
- Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order, together with clear photos and your order number.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
9. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Change of mind purchases.
- Preorder items.
- Handmade items with minor variations or imperfections.
- Customised or personalised products.
- Clearance or sale items.
10. Product Disclaimer
- Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
- Handmade products may have small imperfections, making each piece unique.
- Product measurements may have minor differences due to manual production.
- Mock-up images, digital previews, and AI-generated previews are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
11. Fanmade Merchandise Disclaimer
- Cherrypop sells unofficial fanmade merchandise inspired by artists, characters, and fandoms.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any official artists, agencies, companies, brands, or copyright holders.
- All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
12. Freebies Disclaimer
- Complimentary freebies are provided while stocks last and may vary between orders.
- Freebies are not guaranteed and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or requested.
13. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation requests are only accepted before the order has been processed.
- Once an order has been packed, shipped, or submitted for preorder, cancellations will not be accepted.
