Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

• You received the wrong item; or
• The item arrived damaged due to our error.

Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order, together with clear photos and your order number.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

• Change of mind purchases.
• Preorder items.
• Handmade items with minor variations or imperfections.
• Customised or personalised products.
• Clearance or sale items.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests are only accepted before the order has been processed.
• Once an order has been packed, shipped, or submitted for preorder, cancellations will not be accepted.
